This the the Sanctum Confractum, also known as the Regere Juventúte headquarters. Hidden deep underground the rubble of some ancient ruins, lies the main headquarters of the Regere Juventúte. Here, they assemble and plan out their race to steal the golden thrones. You'll mostly see more of training then planning getting done, though.
